Hey everyone! I’m sure you’re all happy warmer weather is on its way…got a little chilly here in Florida (and by that I mean 60 degrees…), but now we’re back to normal. When we think “spring” we always think of fresh and sweet fruit flavors. That being said, Figenza vodka was the perfect choice for our new cocktail: The Spring Fig!
~ Ingredients ~
1.5 oz Figenza Vodka
1 tbs Champagne Mango Fruit
2 Mint Leaves
Juice of 1 Lime
Start off by muddling the mango, mint, and vodka together in a mixing glass. Add the lime juice, some ice, and then give it a good stir to cool it all down. Next you’re going to want to strain this mixture into a coupe glass…don’t just pour it in there, the mango is seriously pulpy. Gross. Top it off with ginger beer, garnish with a lime wheel and mint and you’re done! You can also strain this over ice as well:
Yum! Don’t these look delicious? They’re wonderfully sweet and taste super fresh. Mix up a few to get your mind on spring. Cheers!
