Lace pants are pretty much my new best friend. I found out about them around Christmas and asked for them for my gift from Nate but he went to J Crew and couldn’t find them–they were sold out! Since then, I’ve been on the prowl…and now I have two pairs!
This asymmetrical top works well to flatter a pear figure and creates a shape as it cinches the waist. This one, in a bright color like yellow, pops against black and provides a nice canvas for a statement necklace.
Since I just got these pants and I’m currently on spring break, I haven’t gotten the chance to wear them to work yet, but I will be wearing the crap out of them soon! They feel like pajama pants and let’s get real–at 5am when I get up to get dressed that is always a winning choice.
I felt like I had to style these with a pair of statement heels because the bottoms of these pants are so amazing. I bought these sandals a few months ago for about $15 from DSW on clearance (I tried desperately to find them online, but to no avail–so check your store!).
This leather jacket has been making its rounds in my wardrobe lately as the temps have been pretty unpredictable. I love that it works to create an edgier look with an office outfit or can be thrown over a casual dress or cutoff shorts for a relaxed look.
