Classy turtlenecks aren’t hard to find- they are everywhere this season! I decided to “glam” mine up a bit by adding a leopard print pencil skirt and layered necklaces.

Staying classy chic doesn’t mean that you have to play down your look. I like to add at least one piece per outfit that gets people talking. Wearing leopard print to the office is easy when you go modest. I never wear a skirt that is shorter than pencil length!

Prints like leopard are best kept to one piece per ensemble in the professional environment. Paired with chic accessories and a neutral color palette, you have an outfit with instant staying power that goes from work to cocktail hour.

Do you wear “classy” turtlenecks? Are you a fan of the turtleneck revival this winter? What do you style them with?

Happy [early] Martin Luther King Jr. Day! Despite the holiday, I have a lot of work to do tomorrow and I’m actually looking forward to it! I hope you all have a nice and relaxing day off [if you have one!].

Love this post! Although leopard print can get a bit intimading, this way as you suggested – its faboulous! love this outfit, its chic, cassy retro and above all fun but safe for work. Just what I need. And the thing I loved the most is how it lights up a bit these gloomy winter days. Love it!

p.s. I get too warm in turtlenecks… funny… it can be sleveless even, but as soon as my neck is covered I get all lighted up. Strange.

Haha, given that it’s -13′ in MN today…I’m also wearing a turtleneck!!! I love how you styled yours…it’s got this great jet-set of the 60s vibe, and the leopard and gold make it so snazzy!

I am obsessed with turtlenecks – they are the perfect layering piece. I occasionally wear them on their own, but mostly use them layered under dresses to ‘winterize’ them! I absolutely love your coat here – the gold buttons are gorgeous!
