Fitness Wear Upgrade With Old Navy
Progress check! It’s been two weeks since I first started my new diet/workout routine and my fitness wear upgrade has helped to motivate me to stay on track. I have lost 2.5 pounds and have tried a new workout that I’m absolutely in love with.
The Animal Flow Workout was something I can across by happenstance in Glamour magazine last week. The idea is to use every muscle (like lifting 91 pounds if you’re 130 pounds) to create an overall tighter body. People are paying ridiculous amounts for this workout too- some have paid around $25,000 for results! I was biting onto the claim that it gives you results in 2 weeks. I’m really hoping it does, it kicks my butt; but I feel so good afterward.
For my second fitness wear upgrade, I decided to go with a color that I don’t normally “sport”. Green is a color that I tend to shy away from for whatever reason, but in this case when I saw the jacket and matching pants I had to go for it.
I have found that the GoDry moisture-wicking fabric keeps me dry (I’m always sweating for some reason) and the pants allow for comfort and a lot of easy movement. P.S.- I’m loving the little thumb holes in the jacket!
Either way, I think I’m off to a good start this year by making positive changes in my diet and exercise routine. Here’s hoping that this motivation lasts all year!
