Great news! Today was the first day it officially felt like fall here in Florida and I couldn’t be more stoked if I tried. Time to bust out the boots! These beauties were super affordable and just as comfy!
Nate and I went out to a sawmill in West Cocoa today to find a unique piece of wood to use as our new bar top in our kitchen! Last week we made plans for our first big house project since we purchased our home. We are getting granite counter tops, a custom wood top for our breakfast bar, subway tile backsplash, and painted cupboards. Yee-haw! I just can’t wait. We wanted to have our project done before my family comes for the holidays, and it looks like it’ll be completed in just a few short weeks.
These suede boots are the pair I’ve been pining over for awhile now and DSW [a.k.a. the “mecca” of amazing & affordable designer footwear] had them! The over the knee boot is a trend that works for every body type, so naturally, it’s a must have.
For this “Indian summer” we’ve been having, I’ve been pairing mine with casual mini dresses and shorts with sweaters. I love how these boots make legs look about a mile long!
The rich caramel color works well for many of fall’s jewel tones and looks especially cute when paired with a mini dress.
The tassel detail on these babies made me fall in love even more! I absolutely love the trim, color, and subtle fringe tassel and I can’t wait to wear them with everything from leggings to miniskirts! One trend I’m dying to try with these gems would be chunky knit sweaters dresses: I’m loving this look.
