Fall calls for suede and neutral colors! This button down faux suede skirt from Abercrombie & Fitch is one of my favorite new additions to my fall wardrobe. I can honestly say that I’m impressed from the turnaround A&F has been making. In addition to selling previously forbidden colors (i.e. black) they have expanded into more bohemian types of clothing and prints. I feel as if they are going to get a wider audience by doing so.

I, for one, was against the company (even after having worked for them) simply due to the message they were sending. Now with Jeffries out of the picture, it seems as if they are much more appreciative of their clients and more open to trends and wider varieties of styles. After purchasing this skirt (which, by the way, was way cheaper than it would’ve been a couple of years ago), I received a 20% coupon in my inbox marked with a message “thank you so much, we hope you stop by again and here’s a special deal on us”. Color me impressed.

Playing on pale colors which were originally reserved for springtime, pink is a nice and unexpected pairing with this season’s neutrals.

To complement the pale hue, I paired a statement necklace in a darker pink with turquoise accents. Check out Lydell NYC if you get a chance–their incredibly unique and stylish jewelry doesn’t disappoint.

This weekend I had brunch with my girl Crystal from Crissy’s Corner. It was so nice to see her after she moved to Tampa! We hardly get to see each other anymore but there’s big plans in the works for events to come 🙂

After brunch at the Celebration Town Tavern (a favorite of mine), we proceeded to check out the rest of the town because her and her boyfriend had never been there. Lo and behold a macaron shop that I’ve been waiting to visit, finally had opened! I was so excited that we got to stop inside. I tried a few different flavors including basil vanilla, salted caramel, and coconut. Absolutely delicious! Check them out here.

While we were out, we were also able to stop and grab Mis Henna Benna (our adorable pup) a couple treats for her birthday! She is 6 as of yesterday 🙂

Enjoy the rest of your week!
