Today we took Henna to the park and she ran around and was loving life! She kept digging her nose into the snow and came out with a mustache, it was hilarious. Well, there was quite a thaw around here during the past few days and all of the accumulated feet of snow melted and then it was 60 degrees. True to form, however; Erie was dusted with even more snow the next day… I decided to wear white for the occasion!

I know that wearing white in winter seems “taboo”, but those rules needed to be thrown out a long time ago. Thankfully, now they are! I personally am loving the refreshing change of wearing white jeans in winter–it gives a somewhat brighter appearance to a regular “jeans” look.

This sweater is one of my favorites this season. I’m loving the fresh colorblocking going on in conjunction with the stripes. It’s so easy to throw on with a simple pair of jeans, and even more fun to don with some mixed print action. Gotta love the pop of neon, too!

Congratulations to the winner of the Maddy Nash clutch giveaway- Danielle Lisle!
