So the weekend rolls around and…BOOM! ¬†Presto chango. I can’t help it if this maxi dress is the “formal” equivalent to sweatpants and the like. This material is a fancy way of feeling like you’re wearing a soft blanket. I love the distressed details and high low feel.

Finding accessories to layer with when the weather is 92 degrees can be tricky I admit, but lightweight pieces like this polka dotted scarf make it fun and fairly simple. Playing off the black and neutrals, I decided to sport my Corso Como leopard flats complete with studs to juice the look up a bit.

I can’t stop browsing Persunmall where I got this scarf. The affordable add-ons change all the time and I love looking at the interesting new prints. The eclectic, bright, classy, and trendy looks catch my eye everytime I log on. Right now, I’m loving this geometric blouse, white blazer, and this Celine luggage tote look-alike.

Not going to lie, I could fall asleep right this second, as I’m typing this. This week definitely kicked my butt! Staying at work three hours late was no picnic, but there’s something to be said about the sense of accomplishment I feel knowing that all my prep work for next week’s lessons are good to go before I go home for the weekend.

Any fun plans this weekend? I’m not sure what we’re planning on doing. We had our usual pizza tonight and I may just go ahead and call it a night at around 9pm. Save me a baked potato at the early bird buffet because I’m GETTING OLD!
